Yoga is suitable for everybody! For every body and mind – no matter what gender you defined for yourself and regardless of race, religion, age or your level of physical fitness. I strongly believe that through steady practice and devotion, everybody can experience the oneness of yoga.
We're gonna practice gentle and strengthening asanas combined into an intelligent sequencing, accompanied by periods of relaxation and meditation. The integration of breath and movement through awareness are the key components of this practice.

Classes consist of not more than 4 people and are held in a friendly, comfortable space. Due to the tiny size of classes, I am able to give targeted and purposeful adjustments to meet the need and of each student and help you build trust in yourself and your own practice.

... we usually practice barefeet and on an empty stomach. I recommend to abstain from eating 2 hrs before class and to wear comfortable, stretchy clothes during practice.
Please arrive at the studio 5-10 min before the class starts. Allow yourself some time to arrive physically on the mat as well as mentally to let go of your day.
Mats are available, but you may also bring your own if you prefer.
